Be an advocate in your club Is it clear that sexist behaviour, language and comments by staff, volunteers or young people are unacceptable and will not be tolerated? Do you promote your commitment to gender equitable respectful relationships programs in your newsletter, on your website, in emails and in promotional materials? Staff and volunteer development Is there a structure in place where you can disseminate learning from the You, Me and Us professional development training to coaches, committee members and volunteers? Have staff and volunteers participated in awareness training on the importance of gender equitable respectful relationships? Do staff and volunteers have access to respectful relationships resources, tools and training? Do you actively recruit women into decision-making roles and paid positions within your club?
