A Word from the Governor Page 2 Good Luck with those New Year s resolutions! Each year I hear a number of different resolutions from people. As always there is the stop smoking, eat healthier, or get more exercise. How about dedicating some time to the Moose Lodge and the community. As you can see resolutions are centered on habits. Let s all make the Moose a habit that will make the lodge a stronger supporter of the community. I had the opportunity to talk to a number of moose members from lodges all over the country. Each time the same things seem to come up in conversation, participation. It all comes down to butts in the seats. Moose Legion Update From food to activities, there needs to be something for every Moose member. No one event works for everyone. Some of the things that we are currently looking at. Food service, possibly prepared bar foods, or meal events. Music, bands or piano bar. A number of ideas have been presented to the board of officers, but we need your help. If you are interested or have other ideas please let us know. We have a mission to make the Moose someplace that everyone wants to be a part of. We can fulfill this mission, I am certain of it. See you at the Moose!
