Many cuntries, including sme f the prest, have aligned their plicies and resurces with the nine glbal targets and the WHO Glbal Actin Plan fr the Preventin and Cntrl f NCDs 2013-2020 t make unparalleled gains. Sizeable gains have ccurred in even the prest cuntries. Paragraph 44. Hwever, prgress has been insufficient and highly uneven. Blder measures are urgent t accelerate effrts t address NCDs and mitigate their impacts.
