It has been seen to be a great coping tool that many use in their everyday lives to promote wellness. Fitness for Your Brain: Solving challenging puzzles and brainteasers can be a FUN way to increase our brain power! Healthy Boundaries: When we are able to clearly communicate what we need in our personal and working relationships, we learn to become more mutual, positive and authentic. Intro to WRAP: An introduction to the principles of WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) which is a self-designed plan that can support those in recovery in developing a living plan to assist on the journey to recovery. Making Changes in Your Life: Explore how to overcome the barriers that block change by examining the stages of change and understanding the steps needed to do things differently. My Personal Wellness Plan: My Personal Wellness Plan reviews the 9 dimensions of wellness including Physical, Social, Emotional, Spirituality, Home & Community Living, Recreation & Leisure, Financial, Occupational and Intellectual. : Avoid the u-turns by developing a plan to identify triggers, warning signs & coping skills for your recovery. : Explore a range of different topics including anger management, recovery, wellness tools and much more. : A class teaching techniques to use day to day for coping with life stressors in a positive and realistic manner. : equips you for success by exploring topics like stress management, overcoming trauma and much more!
