Vitamin C in the juice from CJ might be destroyed by metal blades and heat of CJ. Oxidation might be another reason for the low vitamin C. CJ makes lots of air, which causes the fast oxidation. The reason why vitamin C from fruits is lower than from SJ is that the vitamin C from fruits is not be absorbed into body better than from SJ. It is known that you can absorb 17% of nutrition value when you eat fruits and 67% when you drink juice. Flavonoid appears to improve absorption of vitamin C. Concurrent flavonid may aid in the absorption of Vitamin C dietary supplements.
