In is course lectures are given on e important topics in trauma and oropaedics 2 This six mon rotation is for e surgical trainee residents inoropaedics units. The residents are trained in e eoretical aspects of oropaedic and trauma, clinical examination, assisting in operating room and clinics. At e end of rotation e residents are examined 3 During is two- week rotation e residents are taught e basic oropaedic and trauma onditions. The residents attend e ward round and clinics. 4 This is an extensive ree- year oropaedic resident training programme. The residents join e department after completing e first two- year in e general surgical and allied specialities. The resident is trained for surgical procedures; ey assist and also run clinics as well as on call duties. During is time e residents are prepared for eir examination. The residents are examined yearly.
