教職員及び学生の皆様へ ( 平成 21 年 5 月 18 日 ) 新型インフルエンザの感染等の防止の為の措置について ( 国内感染確認に伴う措置の変更 ) このことについて 5 月 15 日付けで本学としての措置を通知していま したが 現在の状況を鑑みて 本日以降は下記のとおりに変更致しますので 厳守願います 記 5 月 16 日 神戸や大阪の複数の高校生から新型インフルエンザが検出され その数は次第に増加していることから 政府行動計画の第 2 段階 ( 国内発生早期 ) になりました 都内では 感染者は出ておりませんので 現時点では 休講等の対応はおこないませんが 今後都内でも感染者が出ることが予想されますので 十分ご注意ください 今回の新型インフルエンザは弱毒性であり やみくもに不安視する必要はありませんが 感染に対する注意は必要です 皆さんは日常生活のなかで 感染防御のため 最大限の努力をお願いします 1-1. メキシコ USA カナダへの渡航は 極力自粛して下さい 止むを得ず出国する場合は 出国先でのマスクの着用とうがい 手洗いを心がけ 帰国時 に 発熱や咳嗽等の症状がある場合は 必ず検疫所で申し出ること 私用 公用を問わず 本学の学生 職員は 出国前と帰国後 必ず本学感染対策窓口まで 連絡願います ( 帰国日が休日の場合は 休日明けに速やかに報告願います ) 発熱と咳嗽を認めた場合 近くの発熱センターが対応してくれます 近くの保健所に 問い合わせること 1-2. 兵庫県および大阪府への出張 旅行等についても 極力自粛してください 止むを得ず出張 旅行等を行う場合は 旅行先でマスクの着用とうがい 手洗いを心がけ 発熱と咳嗽を認めた場合 近くの発熱センターが対応してくれます 近くの保健所に問い合わせること また 発熱や咳等の症状が出た場合は すぐに下記本学感染対策窓口まで連絡願います ( 休日 時間外の場合は 後日速やかに報告願います ) 学生 : TEL 03-5803-5077 ( 学務部学生支援課 ) 職員 : TEL 03-5803-4619 ( 総務部職員課 )

May 18, 2009 To: From: All TMDU Academic Staff, Administrative Staff and Students TMDU This document updates the existing measures set forth on May 15, 2009, as a result of confirmed human to human infection of the new flu virus. Please carefully observe and follow the procedures as outlined below. Reason for the Update On May 16, 2009, several senior high school students in Kobe and Osaka were found to be infected by the new influenza A virus (H1N1), and the number of infected people seems to be increasing. The Japanese government has thus moved to the second phase Early stage of domestic expansion of the action plan concerning this disease. Since there have not yet been any confirmed cases in the Tokyo metropolitan area, TMDU is not, at this time, putting into place any drastic measures, such as canceling classes. However, since cases of infection may be reported in Tokyo at any moment, please take all necessary precautions. The new influenza A virus (H1N1) is not considered to be virulent and there is no need to be overly concerned, but you should stay informed of the situation and make every effort not to spread the virus. Procedures 1 1 Do not travel to Mexico, Canada, or the US, as far as is possible. If you do have to go abroad, please wear a mask while you are on your trip, and be sure to regularly gargle and wash your hands with soap. Upon returning to Japan, if you have a fever, cough or any other flu like symptom, please report to a quarantine officer.
Regardless of whether the trip abroad was private or a business trip, before going abroad, and after returning to Japan, you are required to report to our infectious disease control office. If you develop a fever, a cough or any other flu like symptom, consult the nearest health center to find the nearest designated Fever Center, which will deal with your situation. 1 2 Please make every effort to avoid travelling to Hyogo ken or Osaka fu, whether on a private trip or a business trip. If you do have to go to Hyogo ken or Osaka fu, please wear a mask while you are on your trip, and be sure to regularly gargle and wash your hands with soap. Upon returning to Tokyo, if you have a fever, cough or any other flu like symptom, consult the nearest health center to find the nearest designated Fever Center, which will deal with your situation. You are also required to report to our infectious disease control office. During this time, wear a mask and carefully monitor your health situation. If you develop a fever or any other flu like symptom, please contact the relevant infectious disease control office, as listed above.
General Precautions to Take 1. Avoid going to a crowded area. If you must go into a crowded area, wear a mask. 2. When returning from a crowded area, be sure to gargle and wash your hands with soap. 3. Before eating, be sure to gargle and wash your hands with soap. 4. Practice good coughing etiquette. If you have to cough, cough into the inside of your elbow, and avoid letting any material reaching other people. 5. Reconsider any participation in a sporting event or athletic meet, based on the number of participants and the status of the flu outbreak in your area. * Before a meal, be sure to gargle and wash your hands with soap!! The situation in Japan with the new influenza virus (H1N1) may change quickly, so be sure to stay informed of the current situation by checking the TMDU home page and paying attention to announcements from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
