WHO FUNDS GAMBLEAWARE? Arcades, 4% Lotteries, 4% All holders of a gambling licence must contribute to Research, Education & Training We recommend a donation of 0.1% of gross profits (stakes minus prizes) The industry made 13.8bn in 2016-17, We achieved 8.4m, with donations from 80% of licensed operators. Casinos, 11% Bingo, 7% Betting, 32% Remote, 42%

HOW ARE FUNDS DISTRIBUTED? GambleAware is a commissioning and grant-making body, not a provider of services. In the 12 months to 31st March 2017, GambleAware distributed 8.1 million: 15% was spent on research, 74% on education and treatment 11% on overheads.
