Limited access for children up to 14.99 years Because we want Wellness Orhidelia to remain the first and only choice for all who want pampering and relaxation in a tranquil atmosphere, the entry for children up to 14.99. years is limited since June 2018. No Wallet Wellness Orhidelia has a cashless payment system. This way, you have all thermal luxuries at your disposal based on a bracelet, without using the wallet. In the case of loss of the bracelet we will charge the full amount of the limit on the bracelet upon departure. Basic Rules of Sauna We are always naked in the sauna, wrapped in a towel or sitting on one. Feet are also on the towel. Before we enter the sauna, we take a warm shower. Washing afterwards is not recommended. Prior to every shower and after it we dry ourselves with a towel. During the sauna we need to drink a lot of liquid. Best is to drink water or unsweetened herbal teas. We follow the instructions of lifeguards and all other employees. 6

Instead of massage oil, this massage uses mango butter. Mango butter is excellent for skin tone and regeneration. The massage applies special focus on the feet, palms and face. RESERVATION OF SERVICES We recommend you to book your service in Wellness Orhidelia at least a few days before the desired date. This way, you will ensure a reservation at a time that suits you best. HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDERED SERVICE We kindly ask you to inform us about a possible cancellation of your reservation at least 5 hours prior to the reserved date. In case you shall not cancel the ordered service and will not make use of it, we will surcharge you 50% of the price of the service. YOU HAVE HEALTH ISSUES We kindly ask you that upon reservation, you point out eventual health issues or limitations. This way we are able to recommend you the treatments that are best suitable for you. SPA ADVICE We recommend that you come to Wellness Orhidelia at least 5 minutes before the beginning of the treatment. We recommend our hotel guests to come dressed in bathrobes. Outside guests will receive a locker, bathrobe and slippers upon arrival. We recommend that you do not take jewellery, telephones and money with you, for these have to be removed before each treatment. We do not vouch for lost objects. Do not consume foods or alcoholic drinks before thetreatment.
