Mandible External Fixator II The Mandible External Fixator II allows the surgeon to create a rigid construct using three basic components: 4.0 mm rods, 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm Kirschner wires and/or 2.5 mm/4.0 mm Schanz screws, and adjustable snap-on clamps.
