Introduction 1 Introduction The following is a list of health care providers in this area who are in the Cigna network. Some providers may have been added or removed from a network after this directory was printed. We do not guarantee that each provider is still accepting new patients. For current customers, always refer to your Cigna ID card for help to determine the name of your Cigna network and benefit plan or to identify the health care providers that are in-network for your plan. If you are a potential customer, please refer to the benefit plan and network names included in your enrollment materials. To get the most up-to-date information about the in-network providers in your area, use our online directory (www.cigna. com or www.mycigna.com ) or call Cigna Customer Service at the toll-free number on the back of your Cigna ID card. Also, please check with the provider before scheduling your appointment or receiving services to confirm he or she is in Cigna s network. Before joining the Cigna network, health care professionals must meet Cigna standards through a process called credentialing. We regularly review credentials to help ensure they continue to meet these standards Language Assistance and Access Directory listings include languages other than English (if any), spoken by the health care professional (HCP) or by an office staff member who the HCP has identified as a qualified medical interpreter. However if you have difficulty understanding English, we offer language assistance and interpretation services at no cost to you. For help please call the Customer Service number on the back of your ID card. If you do not have or are unable to locate your ID card, please call 1.800.244.6224. If you have a hearing or speech loss and use Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) or a Text Telephone (TTY ), dial 711 to connect with a TRS operator.
