Bucharest, Constantin Noica, No. 140, 060057, Romania Abstract Through this paper we try to highlight and show the impact of attention in gymnastics in general and especially on the pommel horse apparatus.attention is the selective the guidance psychological, psycho nervous energy concentration on situations, attributes and processes, meant to lead to increasing mental activity efficiency. Some authors consider that attention is a multidimensional concept. Research purposes is shaping motivation and profile description practitioners gymnastics. Research results showed that the degree of attention to each athlete is different from athlete to another, depending on psychomotor profile of each athlete. 201 The Authors. Introduction Male artistic gymnastics followed a trend in recent years, this reflects on both the athletes and the coaches, they are realizing the importance that has "set of general and specific measures that seek to develop those sides and aspects of mental which are required for sport, making him the athlete able to obtain progress in training and performance in the contests "(M. Epuran and I. Holdevici, 199). In this sense we believe that the involvement of attention is always regarded as a factor of successful or success, and weakness or lack of them - as a factor of the errors and failures. In this context the pommel horse, as the contest is considered an apparatus with a high risk factor in that can register failures if athletes are not well trained in terms of attention. Attention, psychological phenomenon has great influence in the learning and knowledge process. Attention is selective activation psychological phenomenon, the concentration of psycho-nervous energy, to form as accurate senses and cognitive processes. The conception of I. Jude (2002), attention is focusing orientation and cognitive psychological work on an object or phenomenon. From one person to another, attention is manifested differently, its quality is very important to achieve a fine and complex motor activities such as technical elements of content specific motric pommel horse. We believe that to achieve great performance skills are required in addition to specific skills developed at high driving capabilities that facilitate overcoming difficulties that appear in sports. The athlete must adjust for various situations that appear during training and competitions. Effects expected in this case refers to promoting correct formation of specific technical skills and efficiency and optimize their operational processes. In this sense qualities Corresponding author name: Ionut Corlaci Tel.: +00 000 00000 Email: ionutcorlaci@yahoo.com 1877-0428 201 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd. 1692 Ionut Corlaci / Procedia - Social and Behavioral Sciences 84 ( 201 ) 1691 1696 are considered attention skills, and its forms have a significant role. Of these voluntary attention, concentrate has an important role. Grigore V. (2001), says that "The precision and accuracy of execution, fundamental requirement in gymnastics, is directly linked to the image and sport on a form item, the ideo motor representations. Ideo motor representations are based on previous personal experience. Years where there is a previous personal experience can be learned mental representations based on the unconditional nature of the first signaling system and interaction with the second. Representations are accompanied by effort of attention and will, representing the means of training, improvement and restoration of motor skills. " Therefore for gymnastics "features attention is one of the most important components that can direct performance. Exercise duration is short, movements are difficult and very difficult, complex, dynamic, gymnast is required to have a permanent self on posture, playing on the artistic and aesthetic movements, called the exercise execution. "(V. Grigore 1998). For the purposes of the above, we believe that those qualities of attention required to ensure stability and resistance to possible fluctuations due to external environment, focus on task and volume, which drive the need to highlight them. Distributivity attention is different from apparatus to apparatus because it is in relation to the specifics and particularities of each apparatus. Therefore, the above mentioned author says request of attention is complex and unequal, depending on the sample. Therefore, the vault distribution is not significant attention because of very short contact with the apparatus. To other apparatus besides some automatic movements, gymnast must maintain control over their execution while monitoring apparatus, in a complex activity, coordinated and integrated. In our opinion the training to attention is found in the competition and their dynamic performance. 2. Organization of the research a. Scope Highlighting the involvement of attention in evolution accuracy and precision execution of the technical elements to test the pommel horse. Purpose of this paper is to capitalize knowledge and experience and the training and competitions throughout the 17 years of activity performed as a teacher coach. b. Subjects In most of the time the experiment was conducted in artistic gym Army Sports Club Steaua Bucharest. Because the sports branch in our country has a small number of practitioners, this experiment involved six gymnasts. The experiment lasted eight years and a half. There were two training cycles, each of them participated three athletes. The general physical training, physical training and specific technical training was initially tested each year in early January and the final testing took place every year in November. Mention that although athletes were tested at different times they had the same tests, same control rules and working conditions during the entire period of the experiment. c. Methods The present paper tries to achieve on several research techniques and methods used, both monitoring and an objective and efficient management of business within the artistic gymnastics training pommel horse. Study of bibliographic material Observation method Mathematical method The experimental method

Description and development of athletes it is specifically psychologist. Psychological support is a set of measures to support athletes in their efforts that it submitted in achieving sports performance. High performance sports require physical and mental resources within the athlete. Any failure entails reducing performance Each athlete must be compared with the profile "model" which summarizes the highest level branch requirements, to determine its level of skills and attitudes, qualities consistent with the requirements of the action sports branch that they have developed and poor of the features or negative to be corrected or eliminated. ii. Trials and testing standards for technical training Control samples and standards were much more numerous, but for this study I chose the most important movements for apparatus Test no. 1 Double circles on the pommel pommel horse with. Maximum number of repetitions; Test no. 2 penalties for - 10 circles on the pommel (the category IIIa) - 20 circles on the pommel (in Class IIa) Test no. Penalties for the two circles on the pommel. 1696 Ionut Corlaci / Procedia - Social and Behavioral Sciences 84 ( 201 ) 1691 1696. Conclusions Athlete of the pommel horse specialist must be harmoniously built, to know a large number of elements drawn from well technically, in groups of different elements, have a remarkable kept in execution, a great physical, such order to perform movements and not always easily perform the most difficult elements, but only those they mastered very well technically and aesthetically. The conclusions and proposals drawn as a result of research conducted by me for monitoring and support the junior gymnasts training pommel horse sample, are points of view that can register in a new data presented in this experimental applied research aspect. Following test performed due to the performance of athletes in competitions we can say that in addition to other components of training, psychological preparation should occupy a leading position in apparatus. Although athletes have a very good general physical training, specific physical training, but also a high level of technical training, not all athletes have the best evolutions in competition. Poor dynamics are caused by certain socio-emotional, manifesting a low concentration in the competition. It was intended to support learning posture, basic learning mechanism, developing balance and a rotation speed corresponding to have rhythm in exercise. In terms of technical training, double circles and circle a pommel is "key" training and the quality of their properties be pushed to perfection. In this direction we encountered difficulties.
