I will be returning to my home in Kent on the 4 th January 2019, handing to Operations Manager Lisa Stevens, who will be interim here for the time being. We have had much interest in the General Manager position at and will continue with our application process until we feel we have found the right candidate for the home. Both Deputy Manager Andy and Head of Willow Way Amos are in post and will be attending the next family meeting to say hello. We have now appointed to the Head of Housekeeping position and are looking forward to improvement in our performance, particularly with the laundry system. We have new Health Care Assistants joining the team to support our existing team of committed carers, and have a number of Nurse Interviews arranged.
