To maintain the peaceful environment of the Spa we discourage cell phones and other electronic devices. Out of respect for other guests, please also speak softly. We invite you to enjoy the tranquility. Relaxation is essential to the treatment process. It is advisable to book your treatment at a time when you will be able to relax for at least 1 hour afterwards. For your convenience we suggest you arrive at the Spa reception 10 minutes prior to your treatment, to allow time to change and prepare yourself. Arriving late will curtail your treatment time, thus reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Gentlemen are advised to shave at least 3 hours before having a facial treatment. Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, who are pregnant or have any other medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before undertaking any Spa treatments. Cancellations Please give us at least 4 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Please note that any treatment cancelled less than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged at 50%.
