4 REASONS TO GO PALEO VEGAN NUTRIENT DENSITY Increasing the nutrition and avoiding empty calories should be the goal of any nutritious plan. While Vegan foods increase nutrition is some ways, it is easy to be an unhealthy vegan. NON-TOXIC The focus should be to reduce toxins via foods. Focus on anti-nutrients and additives. RECIPE: BREAKFAST BAR This is an easy recipe that can be made with several variations t keep I interesting. It makes for a great breakfast or snack. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/2 cup shelled hemp seeds 1/2 cup flax meal 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1 cups walnuts 1/2 almonds 1/2 cup almond butter 4 tbsp maple syrup 6 dates STEPS: Combine all ingredients, press down into a baking dish lined with parchment paper, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let cool. Cut and serve.
