Boulder Area of Hospitals and Institutions (H & I) 11/12/13 Attendance: Mindy, David, Albert, Steven, Jess, Seth, Don T, TY, Brian S From the Chair: Using Full Budget for H&I and PI Jack W - ARC: Needs panel member support as well as members from the fellowship in general to attend. Don T - for Ken M Adams County Jail (men): Still offering one meeting a month, need more panel members. 2 new ones have been approved and gone through facility orientation. Kathy Mc - Adams County Jail (women): Only two panel members currently serving, meeting in danger of folding and not being consistently offered. Steven - BCTC: 1-10 clients per meeting, down 2 panel members, needs more volunteers to commit for the 1 st, 3 rd and 4 th Saturday at 7 PM. 3 months clean to attend, 6 months clean to share. H&I members are governed by the general rules of the facilities in which we operate. Regular H&I subcommittee business meetings are held bi-monthly on the second Tuesday. Meeting time is from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Meeting location: Mountain View United Methodist Church, 355 Ponca Place in Boulder, CO 80303. We need some support for the meetings listed below!
