Entertainment Club ~ meetings determined each month You ll see that it is virtually impossible to be stuck at home when you have all of the happenings at Hampton Hall, but join this group if you re looking to broaden your social circle and meet others for a variety of activities, including a monthly private movie showing at the Sea Turtle Cinemas, just for Hampton Hall residents. Leading Member: Mike Balducci, at balducci@hargray.com Walking Club ~ meets every weekday 8:30 am Fitness Center We are looking for anyone interested in on and off community walking groups. Hampton Hall Walking Club leaves the Fitness Center at 10:00 am on weekdays join the fun! This group also goes on walking trips around the area with beautiful scenery and popular trails. Fishing Club ~ meets..when the fish are biting! Sometimes you just get the need to head to the water, and there are others who are always happy to join you! This group is a network of fellow fishing enthusiasts who share e-mails and contact each other whenever one would like to head out to try their luck. Palmetto Pacers Running Club Hampton Hall ~ bi-weekly runs arranged with local Palmetto Pacers organization The Palmetto Pacers Running Club is a new family-friendly running club local to the Bluffton and Hilton Head, SC area. Please join us for bi-weekly runs and social events. We encourage runners of all skill levels to join in the fun! Each run will consist of a long and short course with various speeds to meet the needs of all members! Hampton Hall has a representative for this club. Hampton Hall Community Foundation ~ A number of our residents have been busy working on a community focused organization called the Hampton Hall Community Foundation. The foundation originally filed as a non profit 501 (c) 3 with Veterans Week for active and retired military. We added Bluffton Self Help Program as well as participation in the local Special Olympics. Hampton Hall has already been involved in other helping projects such as Habitat for Humanity, the Rotary, Rally for the Cure, the Curry Foundation, the American Heart Association and others. The Foundation also plans to serve as the overall umbrella for all community focused projects taken on by Hampton Hall to streamline its donation requests as well as gift giving, service help and goods contribution efforts. Neighbors Helping Neighbors ~ a subgroup of the Community Foundation The Hampton Hall Community Foundation includes an internal Hampton Hall support organization. We have named this program Neighbors Helping Neighbors. This program will cover several activities such as a Welcoming Team to greet new residents, taking care of those injured or sick, celebrating new arrivals, grieving if a neighbor passes, etc. When help is needed, we ll be there. **For more information about this new organization or if you re interested in working with the Neighbors Helping Neighbors program, please contact Bob Koenig at 815-4810 or bjkoenig@hargray.com. Bocce Club ~ meets every Wednesday 4:30 pm Bocce Ball courts You don t have to be Italian or know what you re doing to have a great time with this game! Kayaking Club ~ meets with arranged tours, with reservations ~ area rivers & waterways Let s kayak in our surrounding rivers and marshes.fishing for red fish, looking for dolphins, or just for fun! All levels of kayaking welcome. Local guide, Eric, has given Hampton Hall a great discount; at least 10 adventurous people needed to join in the fun each tour. Rules of Golf Club ~ meets only monthly scheduled with Golf Shop A new group starting up for those interested in becoming more familiar with the rules of golf.
