Parking Organic Greens has 4 designated parking spaces. The spaces available for our members are located in the front of our building. Members may also park in the gravel lot to the right of our building. Our neighbors have asked us to not park on the street in front of their businesses across the street. No parking signs are posted and are strictly enforced. If you are accompanied by friends or family who aren t members of the collective, please do not have them wait in the parked vehicle. They may come in and wait in our reception area while you are inside the dispensing room. 1

Guests/Visitors Friends & Family Effective January 1st, 2018; non-members will not allowed in the dispensing room. This is required by law - No Exceptions! This includes friends/husbands/wives/partners who wish accompany a member for support unless they have their own recommendation/caregiver letter... 1.) Guests should wait in the reception lobby/area. 2.) Guests should not wait in their cars/outside our building. 3.) Guests cannot provide any funds for the purchase of any cannabis products. 4.) If a member or guest violates any of our rules, they and the member they accompanied will be asked to leave and not return for the day. 5.) Repeated violations will be grounds for revocation of your membership from the collective. 2

Cell Phone Use Organic Greens kindly requests that our members do not use their cell phones for photos/videos once they enter the dispensing room. While we understand that cell phones are a useful resource for information, they are also a privacy concern. Medical Cannabis is still a controversial subject for some people and many of our members prefer to keep private the fact that they consume cannabis. 3

Visits Per Day California law allow no longer restricts the number of visits per day. The law now restricts how much cannabis or cannabis products you may purchase in one day. The per day restrictions are as follows... Cannabis Flower: 8 ounces* (224 grams) Cannabis Clones: 12* *Unless MMJ recommendation allows for more 4

Referral & Bonus Points The Organic Greens Bonus Point System is a mechanism we use to reward our members for referring friends/family and for their repeat visits to the collective. For referring new members to the collective, members will receive $5 Store Credit per person referred. Every dollar a member donates to the collective receives 1 bonus point that can be used towards future purchases. 6

Payment Methods Organic Greens is only able to accept cash at this time. Due to the fact that cannabis remains a schedule 1 substance & therefore illegal on the federal level, US based banks are not willing to process transactions from cannabis businesses. Until we locate a bank willing to open an account for our business and/or the federal government provides a solution for banks allowing them to do business in states where medical cannabis is legal we will only be able to accept cash payment. There is an ATM located at the 7-11 located at 5810 Hollister Ave., (approximately 3 blocks from the dispensary) and there is a Community West Bank across the street from the 7-11. 7

Personal Use Only All medicine dispensed by Organic Greens is intended for use by the member who made the purchase. Members are expressly forbidden from sharing their medicine with anyone who is not a verified member of the dispensary! If it is made known to Organic Greens that a member has shared their medicine with a non-member - that person will be immediately banned from our dispensary. 8

Dosing Edibles At Organic Greens we want our members to have the best experience possible when consuming edibles. We have included this section to explain the proper dosing techniques. Edibles take effect slower than when smoking or vaporizing cannabis and their effects can and usually are stronger. Also, many people react differently when edibles are consumed. Please use the following guidelines until you know how edibles effect you personally... Start Low - Go Slow 1.) Start with a small dose, usually 10 milligrams. 2.) Wait 1 to 2 hours before consuming more. 3.) Remain calm if you do consume more than your body is able to tolerate comfortably. Eventually, usually within 3 hours, the effects will begin to taper off. 4.) The cannabinoid CBD can mitigate the effects in the event of an overconsumption. Note: Rarely, some people do not feel any effects from edibles. It is believed that the unique body chemistry of each individual plays a part in what effects are felt. 9

When You Leave The rules for our members for when they leave the collective are very simple but strict adherence is crucial. 1.) All medicine must remain in the sealed bag until you are in a safe location, preferably your personal residence. 2.) Members should never open and or consume their medicine in their car outside of our collective, be it in the parking lot or if you are parked on the street. If our neighbors report violations of this rule the member(s) will be considered to have committed a moderate violation and will be immediately banned from the collective. 3.) Please keep noises to a minimum when coming/going. Our neighbors are not fans of our business and medical marijuana in general so we ask that you be mindful of their proximity. 10

Federal Land Notice Possession of small amounts of marijuana on federal property or any national park/wilderness area (the U.S. Coast Guard has jurisdiction over the high seas) is a misdemeanor, with up to six months in jail and a $5,000 fine! Even if you are in a state that has allowed for medical or recreational cannabis use and possession, federal lands are still federal lands and marijuana is a federally illegal drug! 11

Violations Minor Violations of the Organic Greens Member Guidelines will result in, at the minimum, the member being reminded of the rules and a note placed on their file. Moderate Violations will result in the member not being allowed to make a purchase for the day not being allowed to return until the following day. Severe Violations will be cause for the immediate and permanent banning of the member of our collective. Common sense goes a long way - remember that many people don t value Cannabis as a medicine. We are all ambassadors for Medical Marijuana and our actions can have both a positive AND negative effect on the way non-consumers view the industry. Thank you! 12
