Why Am I So Darn Tired All The Time?! There are far too many men and women going through each day filled with fatigue and a lack of energy. We live in a fast paced world, and it seems like there are a million things going on at once each and every day. Is it a surprise that there are new energy drinks or energy pills popping up at every gas station or convenience store around the globe? Everyone is looking for that quick fix to get the energy to make it through the day. However, few people know that these caffeine laced products are not only the wrong solution, but they are actually adding to the problem! The secret to ending tiredness and fatigue begins with a few simple adjustments. These adjustments are things that anybody can do and they are life changing. Most importantly, they are natural, and don't have you relying on caffeine, drugs, or any other energy boosting pill! Analyze Your Sleep For starters, you need to analyze your sleep. There is a myth that human beings function best on 8 hours of sleep. Don't buy into this nonsense. Everybody is a little different. You may or may not function best

on 8 hours of sleep. The number of hours is LESS important than completing your sleep. Let's repeat that last sentence again... "the number of hours is less important than completing your sleep." About now you may be asking yourself, "What in the world does "completing" your sleep mean?" Competing your sleep is absolutely one of the BIGGEST secrets you could ever learn to end your tiredness or fatigue and gain loads of ENERGY! What Drug and Food Companies Don't Want You To Know Unfortunately, you won't hear about this from your doctor or on TV. You won't read about it in MOST (99%) of literature, yet it is a vital component to filling your life with unstoppable energy on a daily basis. When you learn the secret to completing your sleep, you will wonder why NOBODY ever has taught you this before. One of the reasons that you won't hear about this is because drug companies want you to continue buying sleeping pills, and food manufacturers want to keep selling you expensive energy drinks and overpriced coffee. However, the truth is that these things do NOT work. Sure, you might feel a small burst of energy for 45 minutes, or maybe even a couple hours. But, when you

crash and burn after the initial rush... you'll feel even worse than before. It's a vicious cycle. You have to learn the proper way to complete your sleep. People who feel extremely tired, constantly fatigued, and low on energy very often are not completing sleep cycles and therefore go through life feeling miserable. Stages of Sleep and Your Sleep Cycle Sleep happens in multiple stages: Drowsiness, light sleep, deep sleep, and dream (or REM) sleep. This cycle repeats multiple times in a night, and usually lasts roughly 90 minutes, however, it is a little different for everyone. Have you ever felt like you woke up at "just the right time," maybe even before your alarm clock rang? After each cycle, you are returned to an "almost awake" state. When you wake up at this point in time, you feel much less drowsy, and much more refreshed than when you wake up during deep sleep. If you are awakened before completing your cycle, then you can feel tired, fatigued, and drowsy all day long! Have you ever woken up before your alarm clock rings in the morning and felt like you could get your day going, but instead decided to catch that extra hour and

went back to sleep? You probably woke up an hour later and felt drowsy, confused, and ready for another 2 hour nap. This is because you "naturally" awakened at the completion of a sleep cycle before your alarm clock rang, only to fall back asleep (starting a new sleep cycle)... and then being awakened by your alarm before completing the new cycle! This causes you to feel exhausted! The problem is that many of us go through life without ever completing our sleep cycles and nobody ever tells us a way how to do it! Stress, Sleep and an Evening Routine Stress can have a major effect on our sleep. We are in a more alert state when we are stressed than when we are relaxed, and this in turn means we can have trouble falling asleep and even if we manage that, then we are likely to wake up a lot during the night. This obviously has an effect on the amount of quality sleep we get, or the stage four and REM sleep we get, and will therefore have an effect on our tiredness during the day. Learning to deal with stress and not letting it affect your sleep pattern will therefore help you to combat tiredness and eradicate it from your life. Getting into an evening routine can really help you deal with the stresses and strains of everyday life and can help you drop off to sleep earlier. This is because

your brain starts to link your evening routine with going to sleep, and so this will allow you to drop off to sleep more easily. So, How Does This Apply To You? Ridding yourself of chronic fatigue or extreme tiredness usually involves more than just learning this. There are also other factors in your life that are contribute to you having low energy. You need to treat the problem and not the symptoms. Drinking coffee, energy drinks, and trying to sleep longer will NOT change the way you feel. This is treating the symptoms! In order to treat the problem you need to know how to make some minor adjustments, like understanding how to complete a "sleep cycle" for example. The most important aspect of this information is knowing how to apply it in your own life. There has been extensive research done on sleep. There is extensive information available about the stages of sleep and the changes your body goes through during these stages. However, you won't find the true secret to "ending tiredness" by learning more about sleep.

You need an easy to follow guide that teaches you "how" to use the information researchers have discovered about sleep to: 1. figure out your personal sleep cycle; and 2. how to apply the knowledge to ensure that you are completing your cycles. Thereby, waking fully rested, increasing your energy, and ending your fatigue. There is an amazing guide on the market that has helped men and women from all around the world finally kick their coffee and energy drink addiction, allowing them to naturally have the limitless energy to make it through the day without feeling fatigued or completely drained. This all natural guide will not only teach you exactly how to analyze your sleep, but it will also show you step by step what you need to do immediately to begin "completing" your sleep cycles so that each new day is met with vitality and boundless energy. You'll also learn some the other contributing factors in your daily routine that are silently affecting your energy levels, and it provides you the easy to follow, all natural solutions to combat those daily energy zappers! Take control or your life back! Stop feeling tired or fatigued once and for all and gain unlimited, effortless energy. To learn more about how to end tiredness and fatigue visit: http://
