Fill the trigger bottle with tap water prior to use. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION 3.1 Health Hazard (inhalation, ingestion, contact with skin or eyes): Most Important Hazards: The preparation is classified as irritating according to the criteria laid down in Council Directive 1999/45/EEC. Irritating to skin Risk of damage to eyes. Most Important Adverse Human Health Effects: The preparation has been classified as an eye and skin irritant. 3.2 Environmental Hazard : see section 12. 4. FIRST-AID MEASURES [Symptoms] Skin Contact: There be mild irritation and redness at site of contact. Eye Contact: There may be pain and redness. Possibility of permanent damage from powder. Ingestion: It is unlikely that this substance will be swallowed due to physical properties Inhalation: There may be irritation of the throat with a feeling of tightness in the chest. FIRST AID MEASURES [ACTIONS] Skin contact: Drench the affected skin with running water for up to 10 minutes. Remove all contaminated clothes in contact with skin. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists. Eye Contact: Bathe the eye with running water for 15 minutes. Seek medical advice is irritation persists. Ingestion: Wash mouth out with water. Do not induce vomiting. If conscious, give ½ litre of water to drink immediately. Consult a doctor. Inhalation: No problem in normal use. 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES 5.1 Suitable Extinguishing Media: Water may be used. 5.2 Extinguishing Media not to be used: None 5.3 Specific Exposure Hazards: If the substance is involved in a fire, toxic fumes will be emitted. 5.4 Protective Equipment for Firefighters: Due to small dosage of product, no special measures are required. 6. 6.2 Environmental Precautions: None required due to the small dosages in each trigger bottle. 6.3 Methods for Cleaning Up: Wash the spillage site with large amounts of water. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE 7.1 Handling: Precautions: Minimise direct contact with the substance. Technical Measures: Packaging limits the chances of skin contact. Care when filling the bottle should mean no precautions are required. Specific Requirements: None. 7.2 Storage: Store in a well ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed. Incompatible Materials: None. Conditions of Storage: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area. Keep triggers tightly closed when not in use. Avoid freezing temperatures. Avoid temperatures above 35 C to preserve biological stability. Quantity Limits: None Packaging Materials: Empty packaging can be recycled. 8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION Personal Protective Equipment: The provision of personal protective equipment and the need to provide engineering control measures should be decided upon by the user as part of a formal exposure risk assessment. Based upon the available toxicological information the protective measures described below should be regarded as a minimum. 8.1 Respiratory Protection: Not required 8.2 Hand Protection: Not required when using bottle. Gloves are advisable if prolonged contact with the powder in bulk is likely. e.g. during packaging etc. Wash hands after handling. 8.3 Eye Protection: Safety glasses whilst handling the powder, none required when filling or using the trigger spray bottle. Rinse eyes with water if liquid is sprayed into the eye. 8.4 Skin Protection: Not required when using trigger spray bottle. Gloves are advisable if prolonged contact with the powder in bulk is likely. e.g. during packaging etc. Avoid contact with open wounds/cuts. 8.5 Engineering Measures: None Version 1.0 p3 2/03/2009

STABILITY AND REACTIVITY 10.1 Conditions to Avoid: Excessive temperature variations, below 0 C or above 45 C 10.2 Materials to Avoid: Strong oxidising agents and strong acids. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION Routes of Exposure: Refer to section 4 of MSDS for routes of exposure and corresponding symptoms. The product is formulated using a range of micro-organisms specially selected from the natural environment and that are known to be non-pathogenic to humans, animals or plants. It is advised to cover open wounds when in use. 12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION 12.1 Mobility: This preparation has high water solubility and low vapour pressure. Therefore it is likely to distribute predominantly to the aqueous environment. 12.2 Biodegradability: The preparation is expected to biodegrade rapidly. However no information on anaerobic biodegradation is available. 12.3 Accumulation: Not anticipated to bioaccumulate due to high water solubility and hence, biomagnification is not likely. 12.4 Ecotoxicity: The preparation is not anticipated to pose any environmental hazard. No data on toxicity specifically to soil organisms, plants and terrestrial animals are available. 12.5 Other adverse effects: There is no ozone depletion, photochemical ozone creation or global warming potential.
