LUCRAMUL DA 300 LUCRAMUL DA 345 Non-ionic dispersant and emulsifier. Especially recommended for o/w emulsions. Also applied in the production of glues with compatibilizing properties. All-round products for inorganic pigments, suitable in water based and most solventbased systems. Reveal strong interaction with the polar surface of pigments and reduce the milling viscosity significantly. Due to the polar functionality LUCRAMUL AP and LUCRAMUL NAP are used mainly in combination with LUCRAMUL DA 130 to improve the compatibility of pigment concentrates. In some inorganic pigment preparations the products can also be used as co-wetting agents to control paste viscosity and to enable high loading. LUCRAMUL AP has a high acid value of around 80 mg KOH/g. Neutralization with AMP, TEA or DEMA is recommended, when systems are sensitive to high acid value additives. LUCRAMUL NAP is the amine neutralized version of LUCRAMUL AP. Suitable for different organic pigments, particularly in red and orange tone. It is also used for inorganic pigments. It shows excellent compatibility and is therefore a broadly recommended dispersant or co-dispersant in universal pigment concentrates. It can be used in waterbased formulations as well as in solvent based 2K PU, alkyd, polyacrylate coatings and solvent free UV-curing systems. Non-ionic dispersant and solubilizer based on natural raw materials. Especially recommended for waterbased formulations. Anionic dispersing and wetting agent, aromatic polyethylene glycol ether phosphate. Especially recommended for solventborne and universal systems. The product is readily soluble in common organic solvents. In 1K and 2K polyurethane systems it improves the floating of pigments and their color strength, without having an influence on the material properties of the end product. Due to its balanced structure it is a highly recommended additive for dispersions of blue, red, pink and green pigments for waterbased paints, lacquers and inks. It reveals excellent compatibility in waterbased formulations, but also in solventbased NC-inks. Aminefree high molecular wetting and dispersing agent for carbon blacks and organic pigments. Suitable for waterborne, solventborne and solventfree coatings. Due to the high molecular weight and broad compatibility it is predestined for resin free pigment concentrates. 5

LUCRAMUL WNS Suitable for waterbased systems and widely used for organic and carbon black pigments, it has a strong stabilizing ability in dispersions. Suitable for organic pigments primary in waterbased systems. It can also be used in universal pigment dispersions. Suitable for dispersions of organic and inorganic pigments in waterbased formulations. A special use is as dispersant for graphite in pencils improving the gliding property of pencil leads. LUCRAMUL WNS Conc. is the undiluted delivery form of LUCRAMUL WNS. Generally both products are recommended for dispersion of organic pigments and carbon blacks in water containing pigment concentrates. They are widely compatible in resin systems and can also be used as post additives to improve colour acceptance of tinted systems. Because of lack of water, LUCRAMUL WNS Conc. is prefered for solventbased systems. 6

Moderate foaming wetting agent for waterbased systems. It can reduce the surface tension of water to 25 mn/m and improves spreading of water based systems. This is our product with the strongest influence on the reduction of static surface tension. Low foaming wetting agent with rapid diffusion characteristics and capability of fast surface tension reduction. This is our product with the strongest influence on the reduction of dynamic surface tension and thus recommended for all kind of high speed applications (spraying, spin coating).
