INJURY CARE If an injury does occur you should be aware of the proper and immediate means or treatment Some of the injuries can equirer merely self treatment Apply first aid as soon as it happens Once you have treated it the healing process will begin ALSO KNOW AS RICE- REST, ICE, COMPRESSION, ELEVATION

THE STEPS TO USING THE TERM RICE Ice Stop using the injured area as soon as you experience pain Apply ice to the injured are for 15 to 20 minutes several times a day for 48 hours When icing it reduces swelling and goes back to normal body temperatures Compression Use compression on the injured area with bandage between icings If the bandage is wrapped to tightly it can lose its colors or loss of normal tempters/ sensation
