IMPORTANT COURSE INFORMATION AAOS Board Maintenance of Certification Preparation and Review (West) #3271 December 1-3, 2016; LaJolla, CA Thank you for registering for the MOC course. We look forward to having you join us for this educational opportunity. Please review the important information listed below. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS Hotel accommodations are at the Hilton Torrey Pines, 10950 N. Torrey Pines Rd., LaJolla, CA 92037. Phone #: (858) 558-1500. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. TRANSPORTATION Cab fare from San Diego International-Lindbergh Field airport runs approximately $45 each way and takes approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic. In addition, several shuttle services offer transportation to and from the Airport. DIRECTIONS AND LOCATION From San Diego International-Lindbergh Field: 5 North to Genesee. Turn left. Follow street to the right as it turns into North Torrey Pines Road. Hotel is on the left. Distance from Hotel: Approximately 15 miles From McClellan-Palomar Airport: Take 5 south to Genesee. Turn right off the exit and stay to the right as the street turns into North Torrey Pines Road. Hotel is on the left. Distance from Hotel: Approximately 18 mi. REGISTRATION FAIRWAY FOYER Registration will take place on Wednesday from 5:00 7:00 pm and on Thursday at 6:15 am. GENERAL SESSION FAIRWAY BALLROOM The course begins at 6:55 am on Thursday. Please see the attached map of the resort to locate our meeting space. FOOD & BEVERAGE Breakfast, lunch and refreshments breaks are provided to course participants only. We regret that spouses and families are not permitted in these areas. If you have special dietary requirements, please let an AAOS staff person know as soon as possible.

MEETING ROOM INTERNET Complimentary wireless internet will be available in the meeting space. We ask that you only use one device, however as we are charged for each device that accesses the Internet. SYLLABUS Information on accessing the electronic version that all registrants have access to as part of your registration fee will be emailed to the email address on file approximately 1 week prior to the course. If you registered for this course by November 10, 2016, you were given the option of purchasing a printed version of the syllabus for an additional $50 fee. They will be distributed at the course to those who have purchased them. Due to the time needed to print the syllabus, only a very limited number of orders will be accepted after November 10th.
