THANK YOU! On March 16th, fifty three people gathered in McGregor Hall to celebrate St. Patrick s Day with a supper and entertainment by Rob Mann. We all had an enjoyable time and were pleased to welcome back some old friends and to also welcome some new ones. These events can only happen when we have volunteers to share the work load and our members and friends to participate in the fun. Thank you to our wonderful volunteers and all of you who attended. We can always use new volunteers, so if you are looking for some fun or a way to support your club, please consider calling me and volunteering at our next event. Sincerely, Dorothy Hlady, social coordinator Ph: 403 289 9302

Don t be intimidated, this low impact activity can be done from standing or sitting and there are throwing aids so you don t even have to bend! Unlike ice curling there is no sweeping! The floor is laid out like a regular curling rink. No in-turn, no out-turn! Put your fun and competitive hat on and throw some rocks, have some coffee and enjoy a nice time with friends.
