RCRC Lunch Meeting on 21 st April 2009 Lunch meeting was chaired by PE Steven Teng. It was dedicated to our secretaries in celebration of Secretaries Week. CP Low Siew Joon did the honours of presenting roses & gifts to all three ladies attending meeting. PE Steven reported on his recent participation of President Elect Training at District Assembly in Malacca. (Pres Raja would be pleased to note that his successor is officially trained to replace him for next Rotary Year!). Rtn Thomas Graf performed duty of Sgt-at-arms and cheerfully extracted Sunshine Box contribution of $176. Meeting was attended by 13 members, 2 Visiting Rotarians & 1 guest. IPP Johnson Tan s visit to RC Taipeh North East on 13 April 2009 Photo of meeting with Dr Rashid, RC Luyang Bulletin Editor was delivering dental lectures in Kota Kinabalu last week to local dentists & met up with his counterpart, Dr Rashid. He sends our sister club RC Luyang s best wishes to RCRC. Unfortunately their proposed Medical Dental Mission next month will not have our support as there are conflicts of schedule with participating doctors from RCRC.
Club Announcements Request for photographs of members youth As members will have known by now, the theme for PE Steven Teng s Installation is a retro one circa 60s-70s era. He is appealing for members to submit to him photographs of themselves & their respective spouses in their late teens to early twenties age. This exercise should be a visually interesting one.
