What is smoking? Smokefree buildings Smokefree legislation applies to: all places of work used by more than one person, and places open to the public which are enclosed or substantially enclosed
If 50% or more of the walls are present then it is substantially enclosed and it is not legal to smoke in it
Smokefree vehicles If used by the public - public transport: bus, coach, train, taxi, minicab If used for work - commercial vehicles: lorry, van, tractor, etc
