Breast Cancer Currently all Breast Cancer patients assessed for: ER &PR status, HER2 Expression, EGFR BRCAI and BRCAII expression with appropriate history Currently there are 10 open clinical trials using biomarker data as treatment criteria, & a study collecting biomarker data in triple negative breast cancer. A national study complete genome sequencing of patients with triple negative breast cancer is being led by Baylor s Dr. Joyce O Shaughnessy. The first patient (a Baylor patient) to be sequenced was found to have three unique targets for precision therapy. 14 patients have now been sequenced data being analyzed 4
