(L to R) Shaun, Frank, Lacey, Dawson, Olivia, Matt, Julia, Derrick, Maddie & Ryan A Word to the Guard If your guard member has not handed in any of their guard uniforms, (indoor, outdoor, 2 seasons ago, whichever), now is the time. Please remember that these are not personal property and must be returned at the end of each season. Please return to Ginger Morgan asap. We thank you for your cooperation!

Welcome New Members! Communication is done via email from BTMHSBSA@HOTMAIL.COM and from our 2 private Facebook pages. If you are reading this, you have already received an email OR have been placed on one or both of our Facebook pages! Please make sure to submit your BSA membership form (only $10 per family!) asap. If you have any questions about emails or our Facebook pages, please contact Marybeth Nunziante at the BSA email address above. UPCOMING FUNDRAISERS Please remember that fundraising benefits the marching band and guard programs! Fundraising MUST continue ALL YEAR LONG. **A Word About Fundraising** There is a lot of fundraising that needs to be done in order for our marching band and indoor guard programs to run successfully and at the pace with which they are accustomed. All financial information including budget, spending, costs, and projections are reviewed at every monthly BSA meeting. Copies of the financial information is distributed to all members at these meetings. Please come and see WHY we do what we do. And know that every little bit helps. Thank you for your continued support.

Please visit the website for updated fundraiser information. All forms are located under the fundraiser tab. The website links can be shared on your personal pages for your child's fundraising endeavors! http://www.marchingmustangs.org/fundraisers/ Yankee Candle: The online sales continue and is a great way to have family and friends shop! YES YOU CAN STILL SHOP!!! Visit www.yankeecandlefundraising.com Our group number is 990098468. There is currently a 60% off sale that ends July 1. We still earn 40% of all sales. Please consider getting some summer scents and helping the band! See Marybeth Nunziante with any questions. If you have any great fundraising ideas...please let us know. Two EASY ways to raise money are igive and Amazon Smiles. Please read below and consider joining! AMAZON SMILES: You shop. Amazon gives. Amazon donates 0.5% of the price of your eligible AmazonSmile purchases to the charitable organization of your choice (Brick Township Memorial High School Band Support Association). AmazonSmile is the same Amazon you know. Same products, same prices, same service. Support your charitable organization by starting your shopping at smile.amazon.com igive: When you shop through the igive program, a percentage of your purchases goes back to the band organization. There are over 1500 retailers that participate in the igive program. Currently, igive has a New Member Holiday Special that can help the Marching Mustangs Band Support Association earn even more. If you haven't already signed up with igive, go on and sign up! Share igive with family and friends so they too

can sign up. Again, no purchase necessary. It s that easy. Once you are signed up, use igive to continue to help the band by shopping online at your favorite retailers for the holidays and all year long. Remind your family and friends to use igive every time they shop online. Use the link below and sign up. http:// www.igive.com/marchingmustangs BSA Board Contact Information: President: John Tillman johnt@mycollegeplan.com Vice President: Ginger Morgan gingerm0817@yahoo.com Treasurer: Regina Hayes regina311@comcast.net Recording Secretary: Karen Muller karen_muller@anninc.com Corresponding Secretary: Marybeth Nunziante olivianj1@aol.com Board of Ed.
