NobelProcera TM CAD/CAM process precise, fast, cost-efficient. 1. Preparation Dentist Takes an impression using conventional procedures. Fabricates the model and a wax setup if needed. 2. Scanning Scans the model and wax setup with the NobelProcera Scanner. The NobelProcera Scanner uses unique conoscopic technology for high accuracy. 3. Design Designs the requested product with ease and speed in the NobelProcera Software from simple to the most complex cases. The design is sent straight from the NobelProcera Software via the Internet to a NobelProcera production facility. 4. Individualized production Nobel Biocare Produces the product according to the CAD data sent by the dental laboratory by means of computer-assisted manufacturing.
