Physical therapist 40 years experience working in different settings Week 1: the importance of spinal stability and identify the key muscle groups responsible for mobility and stability. Week 2: The basics of stretching an instruction in the 8 stretches important to the core. Week 3: Combine the stretching and exercise learned and focus on stabilization using the core and find a sense of balance with movement.
