Dental implants and restoratives Mark Worthing BDS (Wales) FDS RCS (Eng.) GDC No. 69821 Mark graduated from Cardiff Dental Hospital in 1994. He spent two years working full time in busy oral and maxillofacial units in Merthyr Tydfi l and Bridgend, South Wales, before working in general practice in Cardiff for a year. In 1997 he gained his Fellowship to the Royal College of Surgeons of England (oral surgery), the same year that he joined his father in practice, in Hereford. Mark has a keen interest in oral surgery and restorative dentistry, and has completed a number of implant courses in France, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark and Sweden as well as the UK. He has also completed eighteen months of training in advanced surgical and prosthetic implantology at Sheffi eld University. In addition to this he has completed a three year training program in occlusion, and advanced restorative dentistry in the south of England. Mark has been placing implants since 1998 now, and has been taking referrals for approximately 10 years. He accepts referrals for: All aspects of dental implant therapy. Endodontics Endodontist in Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire and the West Midlands. Jeremy Edmondson MSc (Endo),BDS (Wales), MGDS RCSI, MFGDP (UK) GDC No. 69785 Jeremy Edmondson qualifi ed from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 1994. After qualifying he joined the Royal Army Dental Corps. During this time, he served in UK, Germany, Bosnia- Herzegovina and Iraq. His patient base included HRH, Special Forces and the Parachute Regiment. Jeremy gained his Masters degree in Endodontics from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute in 2006. His portfolio also includes MGDS and MFGDP from the Royal College of Surgeons. During his time in the Forces he provided an Endodontic referral service and post-graduate lecturing. Jeremy currently offers Endodontic services in the West Midlands and North West.He is involved in post-graduate lecturing and training at the University of Central Lancashire and is a member of the British Endodontic society. Orthodontics Hash Popat BDS, MFDS RCS (Eng), MScD, MOrth RCS (Ed), FDS (Orth) RCS (Ed) GDC No. 77712 Hash qualifi ed from Bristol Dental School in 2000 and went on to complete Vocational Training and two years as a hospital dentist in Maxillofacial Surgery at the teaching hospitals in Sheffi eld. After a year travelling and working in Australia, he started his specialist training in orthodontics at Cardiff University and gained his M.Orth. and Masters degree with Distinction in 2008. During this time he was awarded the Geoffrey Fletcher Research Scholarship from the British Orthodontic Society. Following this, Hash spent a further three years in advanced orthodontic clinical training between Cardiff and Swansea, and was appointed as an Orthodontic Consultant in 2011. Hash is also a Royal College of Surgeons examiner for the MFDS and a member of local and British Orthodontic Society bodies. He is currently completing a PhD in 3D facial imaging and his interests include the multidisciplinary treatment of skeletal disproportion and the management of cleft lip and palate.
