Decision made to promote the event as 40th anniversary celebration/ membership recruitment event and for the club to fully fund the event from reserves.

Location and Invitations Selected attractive location: Frank Lloyd Wright designed building Asked Members to provide us with names of potential members Also obtained names of prospective members from Table at International Festival Tables at other events Facebook Next-door Neighborhood site Eventbrite Prepared attractive, colorful, professional invitations: 103 invitations were mailed to (150 referrals) 2-3 weeks in advance. In addition some invitations were personally delivered by members or at the International Festival Followed up with calls or Emails with anyone that did not RSVP. 25% indicated they would attend. Only 3 indicated they were not interested at all.

Program: Two hours including time for refreshments and social time. Speakers covered EXPERIENCES on Inbound and Outbound journeys, Hosting and Dave Kalan served as our guest speaker. We displayed videos from Jeremi Snook and an FFI promotional video. Personal name tags prepared for guests. Slides consolidated into a single power point to save time Broke for light refreshments comprised of international foods. The break also provided time to visit information tables and socialize.

Membership forms were revised and available on each table. Activities calendar also on each table.
