Introduction This directory provides a list of Bright Health Plan Homelink Hearing Healthcare hearing services providers. To get detailed information about your healthcare coverage, please see your Evidence of Coverage. You can find a list of in-network hearing services providers online at BrightHealthPlan.com/Medicare. As a Bright Health Medicare Advantage plan member, you may go to any of the network providers listed in this directory for your hearing exam and hearing aid fitting. To make an appointment, just call your chosen in-network provider s office and let them know you re a member of Bright Health. Keep in mind, if you choose to get care outside of the plan s network, you will pay for the full cost of the service. If you obtain routine care from out-of-network providers, neither Medicare nor Bright Health will be responsible for the costs. If you have a medical emergency, get help as quickly as possible.
