RESEARCH INTERESTS & EXPERIENCE Interests Aging and the life course; health and well-being of LGBTQ older adults; bisexual and lesbian women across the life course; sexuality and sexual lives of older women; and mixed-methods research. Experience Research Assistant and Interviewer Aging with Pride: National Health, Aging, and Sexuality/Gender Study Participated in measurement development, face-to-face interviewing and collection of biomarkers, cleaned and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data, collaborated in writing co-authored peer-review publications, and presented findings at academic and community-led conferences. Research Assistant Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) National Center for Gerontological Social Work Education (Gero-Ed Center) Reviewed literature and developed online teaching resources. Research Assistant Elder-Friendly Futures Initiative Coordinated annual conference, focus groups, survey distribution, and data collection with community partners.
