Quickstart heal exhaustion & anxiety Guide

The Busy Manager s Guide To Overcoming Fatigue Morning 20 EAT A GOOD BREAKFAST WITHIN 20MINS OF WAKING This habit alone will improve mental clarity and calm. A big part of why we feel foggy brain, anxiety or irritability is due to imbalances in blood glucose levels and it s impact on the brain. When we rush in the morning and don t break our fast our body goes into stress, releasing hormones that are directly linked with anxiety, irritability,, fatigue and brain fog. We want to prevent this!! AND create the opposite effect of calm, clarity and energy This habit will also speed up your metabolism for weight loss. Have this smoothie every morning within 20mins of waking, for the next 4-7 days and see the difference for yourself: ii

Protein Powders Recommended Protein Powders to include in your morning smoothie: Great Lakes COLLAGEN HYDROLYSATE : This powder is best for anxiety and mood changes. It s rich in glycine which is known for its calming effects and works wonders on reducing anxiety and brain fog. You can buy it here: https://www.optimoz.com.au/products/great-lakes-collag en-hydrolysate Or if you prefer something with flavour, try this low reactive protein: Rice protein powder: Bioceuticals Aminoplex https://www.bioceuticals.com.au/product/preview/amino plex 1

Burnout is the state of mind, body and spirit reached by those of us who have come to the end of a particular road but haven t acknowledged this yet..some voice of truth whispers to us that our old ways of relating are not working and we need to stop, rethink and find a new way forward Burnout is the result of having become better able to hear our soul but not yet daring to listen. Burnout demands we listen We won t stop, so burnout stops us. We won t make space for ourselves, so we burnout and all we have is space. And it s out of that space that joy eventually comes Dina Glouberman

The Gift Of Burnout 1. The Gift Of Burnout While it may not feel like it right now, your symptoms are a gift! Burnout is a gift. When you burnout it is the old you that burns itself out, then our soul begins to show us the new path to joy. Over the years, I ve never met anyone who was chronically tired who didn t need a rest. That s the purpose of fatigue. But some people battle on through fatigue, they override the danger signals and just work harder. Then one day they stop, listen and take action or they become so incapacitated that they have no choice but to stop. Burnout is so transformative, it is a signal of the challenge to create a new way of life. In fact, burnout could be the best thing that ever happens to you, because you now get to listen to where your real self is asking you to go. Your authentic self. 1

My Symptom Story What could my symptoms be trying to tell me? Can I see how my condition could be a positive nudge to move me into a new direction in life? Am I willing to listen and take action? 1

Emotions as compass 2. Acknowledge that all emotions come from within It s not the outside world that creates our experience, our pain, frustrations, fear, anger or even happiness, it s our inside world. We feel our thinking, not our circumstances. Our thoughts are translated into feelings. Which is why some days we like our job and somedays we don t. Some days we feel more stressed about a problem, and other days we don t. It s due to the amount of thinking we have about the problem that creates our distress. When you acknowledge your emotions come from inside, you don t waste time trying to fix the things around you. 3.. Don t be scared of what you feel If we could just not resist, push away, fix or be scared of how we feel, that alone would change our life. Anger, fear, insecurity, emptiness, apathy, sadness... The closer you can get to your feelings without wanting to change them, the easier it becomes be to just be you because you are not your feelings. You would have more days of peace, self-acceptance and joy. 1

Busyness 4. Understand what drives your chaos! Your busyness! Are you driving yourself towards something so fast that you ve forgotten why you re running. They say humans are the only species who when they re lost, will run faster. Busyness has become like a badge of honour or a mark of success... Do you know what you want? Really want? And is your to-do list, rushing, busyness moving you strategically towards that 5. Saying No more It can be hard to say NO to your boss, your kids, your mother or partner, but you ll have to learn how to say no without feeling guilty, esp if you want to experience more LIFE. When we say no to someone else, we say YES to ourselves. And if that feels selfish, then you need to work on re-framing that. We can t fully show up for anyone until we show up for ourselves first. Find ways to make saying no easy. 1

Let Go of Your Tight Grip

Let Go of your tight grip Why is this important? If you've been stuck in one area of your life or pushing yourself to get to the next level of success, then I invite you to look at where you can get out of your own way, let go and allow this force to move through your life, freely. "The mind engaged in planning for itself is occupied in setting up control for future happenings. It does not think it will be provided for unless it makes it's own provisions" ~ ACIM We get caught up in so much overwhelm and anxiety that we can't see the way forward. I've found the times when I've "quit" on the things, suddenly a new insight comes through to give me direction on next steps. "A healed mind does not plan. It carries out the plans that it receives through listening to wisdom that is not it's own" ~ ACIM Lesson #135 Where can you let go of your tight grip and allow yourself to be guided? 1

Wishing you the best health for years to come... Vesna
