Invitation We cordially invite you to the next scientific meeting during our 7th annual conference, this time in Munich, Germany on the topic Nutraceuticals and Women s Health. Nuraceuticals may play an important role in women s health. The conference will cover different aspects of this topic such as pregnancy and lactation, reproductive age and iron deficiency, menopauseal symptoms, but also skin health and beauty is within the range of this topic. After this date, registration is only possible on site (provided the event is not booked out). For each participant a completed registration form (page 8) is needed. The registration is only valid once payment of the fees has been received. Confirmation of your registration will only be sent to you once the fees have arrived by email only. You will receive all the congress documents and the confirmation of payment on site. The registrations will be handled in the order in which they are received. If the event is already booked out when your registration is received, you will be duly informed (please indicate your email address.). If you cancel your registration by 4 th February 2011, the fees (excluding a handling fee of 15) will be repaid. After this date, reimbursement is no longer possible; a substitute may be nominated to take part instead. 4
