This is for you if you re inspired and truly ready to make a lasting change Is your weight bothering you? MOST of your life is clicking along just fine--but what s the deal why can t you solve your weight problem? You re sick and tired of weight and food being such an thorn in your side. You want to focus on enjoying your life and shake free of weight and food issues. If it s the right time to end the war in your mind--and channel some of that energy into changing your beliefs about food, exercise, and yourself, we have a special course of action for you. You know achieving your ideal weight isn t just about eating less and moving more. Diets and exercise can work, but if you had a permanent solution, you wouldn t be reading this. There s an underlying reason why you eat in the first place. So the real secret is this. STOP. DIETING. Like you, I ve lost the same 20 pounds over and over again. (At least 250 pounds in my lifetime!) It s not that we re not smart. There s just more to the problem than calories and an all-veggie diet. I m going to teach you how to really listen to your body and honor your spirit. Not just your mind. You know how you can feel when you re on the right path? You get that little tingle that says, YES! You just haven t learned how to channel that tingle consistently in the areas of food, eating, and feeling truly, healthily nourished. But here s a clue: stopping dieting is the first step. Why? Because diets are a mind thing. You re only listening to your mind. What s the first thing your body does as a result? It rebels. Your body doesn t want to starve. It feels that it s the one that should be in charge of what you eat not your mind. It is fighting for survival, and says, NO! The result? You feel more out of control than ever. In fact, depriving your body just drives the reptile side of your brain into survival mode. For instance, if your new diet says No more apples, that primitive part of your brain will actively make you search for apples. Because it thinks, Starting tomorrow I can t have them anymore, so I better stock up NOW. This goes back to caveman days. You had to be alert or starve. The primitive part of your brain is trained to work on survival. The way it s supposed to. So diets work against our true physiology.

So now what? Close your eyes and imagine this. You ve started a new approach to weight loss. And there s an endless buffet of food in front of you. But somehow, you re intuitively drawn to eat only what and how much your body needs for FUEL. Your stomach is the size of a fist, and knows when to stop even before you feel full. You don t overstuff yourself because there s a clean connection between your mind and body (this is one cue I will help you re-discover.) Children do this all the time. They only eat for fuel have you noticed? They ll eat two bites of a cookie and set it down. Their body tells them when to stop sometimes after only a few bites. It s a clean connection. But boy do they get crabby, tired and out of focus if they wait too long and get over-hungry. Now imagine you re that child. Are you cleaning your plate the way mom told you even though it makes you feel over-stuffed? Do you wait until you re absolutely starving and crazy before eating? Would you leave the house without food for later? (Not with a real child, because you want her to be happy and easy to be with!) Your body has this same wisdom inside it. And you can nurture it as you would a child. You just have to take this one step, to affirm that you re worth it. If you re a parent, obviously your child is so important, you monitor her all the time. You put her to bed before she gets overtired, you feed her before school so she can think. (In fact if you re a parent, your child is often your number one priority but that s a key mistake. Why?,,,) Because you need to be the number one priority in your life. This is not selfish. It s healthy you re not of best service to others otherwise. Self care is critical. It s why they always instruct you to reach for your own oxygen mask on the airplane, before assisting your child. Oxygen is like life. If you don t have enough life in you, how are you going to serve others and nourish yourself? So if you work the course we re proposing, you won t be on a diet. (Food guidelines will come later keep reading.) First we ll re-introduce you to your body. Oprah s life coach, Martha Beck, says the reason people are overweight is because there is a disconnect between their mind and body. That s why you have to fall in love or at least like with you again they way children do. You see, this course will change your life, not just your body with the following study:

How can you allow yourself to have a joy-filled life? (What gives you great joy?). How do stress and cortisol affect your ability to lose weight? (Hint: diets increase cortisol in your body, which makes you gain weight). Respect for your body, so you feed it beautiful healthy foods (for health, not to lose weight), including: Doing Four-Day-Wins making ridiculously easy steps toward change. Making peace with the right and left side of your brain. How thoughts = feelings= actions= results. (How to re-examine your thoughts to get different results).
