YMCA of Greater Providence CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM The YMCA Corporate Membership Program helps employers improve the health and well being of their workforce. By partnering with the Y, your employees have the opportunity to be part of a place where people can build stronger bonds, achieve greater work/life balance and become more engaged with their community. Membership at the Y means your employees will get the support they need to achieve their health goals. Benefits coordinators or designated Human Resources representatives are encouraged to contact your local YMCA of Greater Providence branch to develop a corporate membership program tailored to your business s unique corporate membership needs. Employers can offer payroll deduction to their employees as a benefit to promote healthy living to employees or can cover the cost of membership at the corporate partner rate. A minimum of 10 employees must enroll. Memberships must be maintained for one year. For the benefit to stay in effect annually, the corporation has to maintain the minimum numbers of employees in the corporate discount rate to continue to receive the benefit.
