It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.. efore starting any exercise program, you should consult your physician to determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk, or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician s advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level. 2. e aware of your body s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness or nauseous feeling. If you do experience any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing with your exercise program. 3. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only. 4. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 2 feet (60 CM) of free space all around it.. Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment. The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and tear. 6. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during exercise, discontinue use of the equipment immediately and do not use until the problem has been rectified. 7. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may become entangled in the equipment. 8. Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment. 9. The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 220 pounds (00 KG). 0. ASSEMLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP : Open the Main Frame (No. 28) as shown in the picture on the left. Note: The Pin (No. 29) (No. 32). has been inserted into Front Connecting Tube 32 33 36 28 33 3 33 33 3 STEP 2: Remove preassembled 4 olts (No. 3), 4 Nuts (No. 33) and 4 Washers (No. ) from the Front and Rear Stabilizers (No. 36 and No. 38) and attach the Front and Rear Stabilizers (No. 36 and No. 38) to the Main Frame (No. 28) using 4 olts (No. 3), 4 Nuts (No. 33) and 4 Washers (No. ) and secure with Spanner (). 38 3 3 STEP 3: 6 2 Insert olt (No. 2) into Seat Connecting Tube (No. 4) and secure with Nut (No. 6). 4

7 STEP 4: Loosen Knob (No. 0) and insert Handle ar Tube (No. 7) into Main Frame (No. 28). Tighten Knob (No. 0) to secure. 28 0 STEP : 7 Remove preassembled 2 olts (No. 3), 2 Washers (No. ) and 2 Nuts (No. 6) from the Handle ar (No. 4) and attach the Handle ar (No. 4) to the Handle ar Tube (No. 7) using 2 olts (No. 3), 2 Washers (No. ) and 2 Nuts (No. 6) and secure with Wrench and Spanner (A & ). A 4 STEP 6: Insert the Meter (No. 4) onto the tab on the Handle ar (No. 4). 4 28 3 40 STEP 7: Attach the Pedal (No. 3 & No. 40) to the Main Frame (No. 28) and tighten clockwise with Spanner (). Turn the End Caps to adjust, to make sure the bike is level on the ground. The assembly is complete!

EXERCISE COMPUTER SPECIFICATIONS: TIME.. 00:00-99:9 MIN/SEC. COUNT...0-9999 STROKES CALORIES... 0-9999KCAL TOTAL CNT.0-9999 STROKES FUNCTIONS: TIME: Displays the workout time while exercising. COUNT(CNT): Accumulate the strokes while exercising. CALORIES(CAL): Displays calories amount burned while exercising. TOTAL CNT(TOT.CNT): Displays the total number of strokes since batteries installed. SCAN: Automatically scan through each function betweentime 2CAL 3TOT.CNT. KEY FUNCTION: MODE/SELECT: Press to select the function you want. Hold the key for 4 seconds to reset all values. OPERATION PROCEDURES: AUTO ON/OFF: The monitor will turn on when start exercise or when press MODE. The monitor will shut off automatically after there is no activity for 4 minutes. NOTE ATTERY : This monitor uses one AA battery. If there is a problem with the monitor display, replace the battery first. Dispose of old battery according to your regional guidelines. 6

ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS ADJUSTING THE HANDLE AR Loosen the Knob (No. 0) and pull. Raise or lower the Handle ar Tube (No. 7) to desired height. Tighten the Knob (No. 0). 7 0 ADJUSTING THE SEAT Loosen and remove the knob located under the Seat Post. Move seat, insert knob and tighten to secure. ADJUSTING THE SEAT TUE To adjust the Seat Tube, lift the Seat Post. Remove Pin (No. 29) and raise or lower the Seat Tube. Insert pin to secure. Lower the Seat Post. Raising or lowering Seat Tube will change the difficulty of your exercise. 29 ADJUSTING THE EXERCISE AND 42 You can adjust the difficulty of your exercise by adjusting the Exercise ands. To increase difficulty, unhook exercise bands from the Seat Post and connect the exercise bands to the hooks on the Main Frame. 42 7

FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS A. Adjust the handle bar post to the lowest level. Adjust the seat tube to the lowest level C. Hold the handle bar and fold the product. 8 Version.3
