PBSC Donor Screening NMDP defines donor screening requirements -Health history questionnaire -Infectious disease testing -Physical exam Screening is administered by the Donor Center (DC)/Apheresis center (AC) Eligibility status is determined by applicable DC/AC 2 Creating Connections.
