2 Dear Prospective Sponsor: We are excited to have the opportunity to partner with you in the 2017 Family Fun Day, which will be held on Saturday, October 28 th, from 1 to 4 PM, at Lake Fairfax Park (1400 Lake Fairfax Dr, Reston, VA 20190). The Family Fun Day is not only a fun outdoor carnival event, but also supports our charity and educational programs run by both Love2Yeu & AASuccess. Our members are all volunteers, so all proceeds go directly to supporting our group s mission. The mission of Love2Yeu is to give aid, shelter, support and educate the disabled and less fortunate orphans in Vietnam. Complementary, AASuccess mission is to teach life skills through lifelong mentorship to high school and college aged students in the U.S. and Vietnam. Our first annual Family Fun Day held on May 2016 was a tremendous success. The event attracted over 250 attendees, including families, children, young adults, business connectors, and community leaders. Not only did we sold out tickets one week prior to the event, but were also able to raise funds to support our programs. We plan on continuing the event this year to further expand our programs to reach more underprivileged children both in the US and in Vietnam. The objective for this year s Family Fun Day is to raise funds to build a computer lab at the orphanage in Ben Tre, Vietnam. The funds will also help support the volunteers of AASuccess in teaching English and computer skills to the AASuccess high school students and affiliated orphans in Vietnam. At the Family Fun Day this year, more than 20 festive activities for children will be presented, including Horseshoe, Bean Bag Toss, Flame Shootout, Duck Pond, Fortune Teller, Sumo Wrestling and more. Fun contests such as the Costumes Contest, Potato Sack Race, Cake Walk, Pumpkin decoration will offer the most memorable time for families. There will also be entertainment from talented dancers and martial art group. We are currently looking for great individuals like you to help with donations to help make our event a success! As a key sponsor, you can help Love2Yeu and AASuccess make a difference in the lives of children who otherwise would not have the opportunity to become mature and successful adults.
