ASIAN-PACIFIC CLINICAL PRACTICE GUIDELINES ON THE MANAGEMENT OF HEPATITIS B:215 UPDATE GOALS AND END POINTS OF THERAPY Ideal end-point in HBeAg positive &negative is sustained off-therapy HBsAg loss with or without seroconversion to anti-hbs Sustained off-therapy virological response in HBeAg positive [with anti-hbe serovoncrsion] and HBeAg ve patients is a satisfactory end point.
