Camps On Track-A Peer-Mediated Social Skills Program Designed to teach campers how to make friends and ensure a rewarding experience. Provide proven strategies to use when interacting with children with disabilities, ASD and social challenges. Kit includes 19 activities and instructions as well a booklet with CD. The kit includes workbooks for four primary transitions: entry to school, grade-to-grade, elementary to secondary, and secondary and school leaving. TVCCLTK004 Placed with the Transition Planning Kit (TVCCLTK004) This is Me booklets are designed for students and their families to complete and provide to the receiving teacher at the beginning of a new school year. The Reinforcement Kit provides strategies on how to reinforce students with autism in the classroom and across the school day. A manual is included along with numerous hands-on tools and worksheets to implement the strategies.
