ILTS SUPPORT PROSPECTUS International Membership The International Liver Transplantation Society (ILTS) is a non-profit scientific organization created to promote and disseminate multidisciplinary scientific advances in liver transplantation worldwide. Partner with ILTS to help fulfill this mission, implement new programs and continue to provide highly valued meetings and opportunities for its members. The society was organized in 1990, and it currently has 900 international members. The members are physicians, surgeons, anesthesiologists and allied health professionals engaged in the field of liver transplantation. Mission Statement The mission of the ILTS is to promote and disseminate multidisciplinary scientific advances in liver transplantation worldwide. Why Support ILTS Supporting ILTS offers visibility and face-to-face contact with the world leaders in liver transplantation in an intimate setting. The ILTS Congress attracts over 1,500 attendees. This support enables the organization to continuously provide quality education and scholarships to those around the world. Strategic Education Goal Education: To create opportunities in education and enhance the outreach in emerging areas of the world. The educational section of the ILTS website provides webcasts, videos and papers in Anesthesiology/Critical Care Medicine, Surgery and Hepatology. The ILTS Annual International Congress attracts over 1,500 attendees and offers a wide range of topics during the 4 day meeting. The ILTS Perioperative Care in Liver Transplantation is an annual program focused on Anesthesia/Critical Care Medicine in Liver Transplantation. The ILTS also offers Annual Research Scholarships to enable those early in their careers to study with mentors in other countries. The ILTS is offering a two day program in China, Advances in Liver Transplantation 2014: East Meets West New Practice Guidelines will be published in 2015 and include Alcoholic Liver Disease, Hepatopulmonary Syndrome and Portopulmonary Hypertension and Living Donor Liver Transplantation Your Support of ILTS Helps Further Our Mission ILTS gives you the opportunity to become part of a community of expert medical professionals in the world of liver transplantation who are striving to improve the lives of patients worldwide. ILTS SUPPORT PROSPECTUS ILTS Membership and Demographic Highlights for 2014-2015 Comprising of more than 900 international members, the ILTS network includes multiple specialties around the world. The purpose is to develop scientific and educational initiatives to prepare the next generation for leadership roles in the ILTS. Members of the Vanguard are ages 42 and younger. Program - The Vanguard group has a prominent role in the congress, planning the debate sessions and grand round talks. Awards - The Vanguard Awards are designed to recognize two outstanding ILTS members who are ages 42 and younger. These awards (one clinical and one basic) are awarded for the best papers published in any journal in 2014.

ILTS SUPPORT PROSPECTUS OPPORTUNITIES TO SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL INITIATIVES Perioperative Care in Liver Transplantation (Multiple Sponsors) This one-day course held each October is during the American Society of Anesthesia annual meeting. The theme of the course varies each year, but past topics include issues in critical care medicine, case presentations, donation after cardiac death, and hepatitis C. Research Scholarships ($20,000) These awards provide money for travel and training in liver transplantation. The scholarships help fund the recipient for training in liver transplantation (either transplant hepatology or transplant surgery, anesthesia/critical care, or basic science) under the tutelage of an ILTS member. The goal is to encourage a career in academic liver transplantation. Lectureship Initiative This ILTS initiative helps to fund ILTS speakers to attend official transplant meetings in countries where liver transplantation programs are being developed. Young Investigator Awards ($25,000) These travel awards for 25 young investigators help offset the cost of travel and are given based on abstract score. Rising Star Symposium and Awards ($22,000) The Rising Star Symposium is the highlight of the Congress. These teams of young investigator/mentor submit an abstract and are selected by the Program Planning committee for a 20 minute presentation. This session attracts the brightest and best combinations of youth and wisdom working in the clinical and basic science of liver transplantation research. Webcast of Selected Sessions ($20,000) Slides and audio of all sessions are captured and placed on the ILTS website after the meeting. The slides remain on the site permanently and can be accessed by ILTS members. Sponsors supporting this enduring material will be acknowledged on the website and a link to the company s website is provided. An email announcing the availability of the talks will include acknowledgement of the sponsor. Focus Group Meeting ($15,000 Daily) Sponsor will be given the opportunity to hold a Focus Group Meeting for 50 people or less. The meeting will be permissible during non-congress CME provided scientific programming. A meeting room will be provided with starter audiovisual included. Additional audiovisual and catering will be at the expense of the sponsor. The pre-registration list will be provided for a 1 time use. ILTS must approve all promotional material. Meeting Bags ($15,000) Sponsor logo along with ILTS logo will be imprinted on the meeting bag distributed to all attendees.

Congress Support Other Congress Sponsorship Opportunities (continued) (All supporters are listed in the journal supplement, acknowledged from the podium, and listed on the website) Wireless Internet for Attendees ($15,000) Sponsor will be acknowledged as the provider of wireless internet in selected areas of the meeting area. This is a high priority for the delegates and they are grateful for this service. This will allow them to download and use the ILTS mobile application and check emails. Abstracts on USB ($10,000) A digital version of the abstract supplement is provided to all attendees. Content is fully searchable and the sponsor s logo will appear on the USB and on the title screen. Daily Pocket Schedule ($10,000) A printed daily pocket schedule will be provided and sponsor logo can be printed on the schedule Digital signage ($10,000) Sponsor logo will be on the bottom of the daily schedule outside each meeting room. Mobile Application ($10,000) The Congress 2015 Mobile application for iphone, ipad and Android devices contains the complete Congress schedule including posters and abstracts. Congress scheduler is searchable using various parameters. Once downloaded, it permanently remains on the devices. Sponsors of the app will have a banner ad on the application and it will be accessible by attendees long after the meeting ends Notebooks ($10,000) Sponsor logo will be imprinted on the notebook to be included in each meeting bag. Scientific Sessions ($8,000 Each) Sponsor a specific scientific session that aligns with your company s research and development focus. Electronic Charging Stations- ($7,000) There will kiosks of charging station in the meeting space so that attendees may charge their electronic devices. This feature will be much appreciated by the attendees. Your company will be acknowledged with signage at the charging station as well as on signs at the registration area. Key Cards ($7000) You will be at every ILTS hotel guest s fingertips at least twice each day as they go in and out. Not only will you get high visibility, they won t want to lose you! The cards will be printed with company name and logo on 1 side. Vanguard Awards ($5,000) Two awards are presented to younger members who have submitted the best published paper in basic science and clinical research. The sponsor will have the opportunity to present these awards at the Vanguard reception. Water Stations ($5,000) Water stations will be situated throughout the meeting space and there will be signage acknowledging your company. Meeting Bag Insert ($2,500) Sponsor will provide an insert for 1500 meeting bags to be give to all attendees. Exhibit Booth ($2,000) Includes 3mx3m booth pipe & draping/electrical outlet, table/chairs, pre registration list of attendees.
