CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:59 pm. 2. CONSENT AGENDA A. Approval of Minutes: April 29, 2014 * Karen Worden motioned to approve the meeting minutes as presented. ** Cynthia Oakowsky seconded and the motion carried 4-0 with Edward Olsen and Gloria Burns McHardy absent. 3. UPDATES A. Salerno Road Sewer Enhancement Staff provided an update on the Salerno Road Sewer Enhancement Project and the recent approval of the FY14 CIP sheet for the project by the Board of County Commissioners. B. Port Salerno CRA banners on Dixie Highway Staff provided an update on the progress to date and requested direction from the NAC to proceed with the preparation of a detailed report. * Karen Worden made a motion to install Port Salerno and Historic Waterfront Dining District banners while staff prepares a detailed report of the current status of the banners. ** Ellen Asselin seconded and the motion carried 4-0 with Edward Olsen and Gloria Burns McHardy absent. 1 of 15

The proposed components included shade structures, benches, canopy trees, a way finding sign and litter receptacles. * Catherine Winters made a motion to move forward with the project. ** Mike Worden seconded and the motion carried 4-0 with Edward Olsen and Gloria Burns McHardy absent. 5.
