infinident: minimal effort, maximal material choice Choose flexibility infinident, Sirona s modern production centre, offers you ceramic and non-precious metal crowns and bridge frameworks, as well as titanium and ceramic abutments for the Straumann Dental Implant System. Whether you work with the ineos scanner as a stand-alone unit or already with inlab, you benefit from the broad range of materials available. This allows you to react flexibly to meet the needs of your dental customers. infinident increases the service spectrum of your laboratory. Choose simplicity Take advantage of the CAD/CAM technology of Sirona s infinident to enhance your services: You design your restoration via computer and send the data via an internet portal to infinident. One choice full material range infinident restorations are created from your digital data. The industrially prefabricated ceramic blocs are processed on computer-aided milling machines for precision. Depending on the material, the ceramic restorations will be sintered or glass-infiltrated. Metallic restorations will be laser-sintered layer by layer and implants will be manufactured at the Straumann production facility in Basel, Switzerland. Four easy steps for success: 1 2 Scan You scan the model using ineos or the integrated laser scanner of the inlab and then you design the desired indication on the monitor by means of the software: Framework 3D, WaxUp 3D or Abutment 3D. Data transfer Go to www.infinident.gb.com. Either register as a new client or log in with your user name and password and send the data. It takes just a few mouse clicks. 3 Production Incoming control of the data, production on computerised milling or laser sintering machines. Final quality control and delivery all within 4 working days! 4 Finishing What remains to be done? You apply your craftsmanship and expertise to the veneering of the crown or the bridge framework with porcelain. That s it! 02 03

CAD/CAM in the laboratory ineos: CAD/CAM entry The innovative scanner ineos facilitates low-cost entry to CAD/CAM technology, without the need to purchase any additional hardware components. In combination with infinident, you can create the full range of ceramic and non-precious metallic restorations including abutments. Scanning is fast and precise. Single copings are documented with the rotational scan. In the case of bridges, the rotational scan can be combined with the scan of the whole model. The virtual model appears immediately on the monitor ready for 3D construction. Simply send the file to infinident in Bensheim, Germany, and you will receive the restoration within 4 working days in your lab. inlab: Increased performance for CAD/CAM users The compact CAD/CAM tabletop unit with integrated laser scanner stands for efficiency and flexibility in dental labs. You decide whether you produce the copings and frameworks in-house in your lab, or you send your 3D construction via internet to infinident where it is produced for you. inlab users can use infinident for the production of metallic bridge frameworks thereby further enlarging the product spectrum of your laboratory. inlab is available in the proven, economical classic version or now in the new MC XL version with enhanced comfort and performance. Both units have network capabilities and match your individual lab requirements. inlab software: inlab 3D software allows you to design any indication from a coping to a multi-element bridge framework as well as customised abutments, no matter which material will be used.
