ACC BUILDS RELATIONSHIPS The Board of Directors of the South/Central Texas Chapter of ACC is pleased to invite you to participate in the 2009 Annual Sponsorship Program. A strong relationship and understanding of sponsoring law firms and vendors abilities and resources provides the Chapter s membership with valuable resources. ACC builds these relationships for the mutual benefit of the inhouse and outside attorneys. ACC also gives back to the community by donating time and money to the Community Justice Program. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR LAW FIRMS Different levels of sponsorship are available for law firms who wish to participate in ACC activities and develop relationships with in-house 2
attorney members of ACC. The following are the opportunities provided by the sponsorships and facilitated by the ACC staff and Board of Directors: Monthly Luncheon Speakers Sponsors are invited to present one legal topic of the firm s choice at a regularly scheduled CLE luncheon. The program announcement with a commentary about the Sponsoring firm, the speaker s background, as well as a link to the firm s website, is sent to the South/Central Texas ACC members by the ACC Chapter s office. Sponsors will be recognized as the exclusive sponsor of the luncheon in the invitation and on the Chapter s web page, and will be recognized during the program and thanked for their participation and support. Sponsors are encouraged to provide attendees with the firm s materials at the luncheon, including brochures on the firm s specialties and strengths. The firm can also provide a door prize and collect business cards for use in selecting the winner. Sponsors can also invite clients/guests to attend the scheduled CLE luncheon as the firm s guest for $10 per guest to cover luncheon expenses. 12 th Annual Ethics Conference Ethics Follies is the unique musical format used to provide attendees of the annual ethics conference an unforgettable and fun learning experience. In its 12 th year, the South/Central Texas Chapter joins with the San Antonio Bar Association and Bar Foundation for the largest and best-attended ethics conference in San Antonio. The Conference provides attendees with all of the required annual MCLE ethics credits (3 hours) in an "The Follies were extraordinary. The script and the songs were great. How Your Firm Can Attend These In House Attorney Events In addition to important roles that law firm sponsors play in the MCLE Luncheons and Ethics Conference Sponsorships, there are additional features of each of the following levels of sponsorship: DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES $7,500 Two sponsorships at the Diamond Level are available. Diamond Sponsor law firms differentiate themselves from other firms in their commitment to the mission and vision of ACC and are afforded many opportunities throughout the year to develop relationships with in-house attorneys. Exclusively For Diamond Sponsors: ACC s staff will organize and market to the Chapter s Membership a Diamond Sponsor s evening cocktail party or other special social event.
Marketing and coordination of the event is provided by ACC s staff. The Diamond Sponsor may select the program, if any, and provide the reception or cocktail party. Diamond Sponsors are given an opportunity to publish a substantive legal article in the ACC Chapter Newsletter with contact information for the firm. In addition, the sponsoring firms advertising banners are published on the South/Central Texas ACC s web page. ACC members enjoy a Sponsor s reception and get to know the law firm s attorneys. PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSORSHIP $5,000 Four Platinum Level Sponsorships are available for Program Year 2008, and include the following opportunities: - An exclusive presentation of a legal topic to ACC South/Central Texas Chapter MCLE luncheon program. Four tickets to the sponsored luncheon are provided for the sponsoring firm s attorneys. - Platinum Sponsors will receive two tickets to Ethics Follies 2009. - Platinum Sponsors are invited to submit a newsletter article on a substantive law article written by a member of the sponsoring firm with contact information of the author. GOLD LEVEL SPONSORSHIP FOR LAW FIRMS $3,500 Five Gold Level Sponsorships are available for Program Year 2009 and include: - Monthly MCLE luncheon program. Gold Level Sponsors are provided three tickets to the luncheon. - The firm will be allowed to display materials on a table and/or leave give away items on the table at the firm s option. The firm can also provide a door prize and collect business cards for use in selecting the winner. - Gold Sponsors are invited to send the luncheon invitation to their clients.
