Are fresh fruits and vegetables better than canned or frozen fruits and vegetables? Do hormones in milk cause early puberty? Should I buy grass-fed beef? Several U.S. government agencies, including the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), monitor the food production chain. 2
