Brinker promised her dying sister, Susan G. Komen, that she would do everything in her power to end breast cancer forever. In 1982 that promise became Susan G. Komen, a global leader in the fight against breast cancer. Our Work Susan G. Komen Nebraska takes steps every day toward our vision of a world without breast cancer. How? We fund local programs that deliver education, screening and treatment support to men and women statewide. And, we fund 24 An estimated 24 Nebraskans will be diagnosed with breast cancer each week; four die from the disease each week. 2 #40 Nebraska s rank among U.S. states for mammography screening rates. 3 groundbreaking research on a national level. Start Line Sponsor $2500 Opportunity to place banners on the 40 arch at Race start line, opportunity to shoot start gun for Race/Walk, and key placement to cheer on participants. Finish Line Sponsor $2500 Key placement to cheer on participants along with branded banners and signage at the finish line. Smile for the Cure Sponsor $2500 Banner near finish line with company logo as a photo opportunity for Race participants, table space to hand out promotional materials also provided. Team Sponsor $2500 Company name and logo on Team Captain Kit (over 400 team captains), company name and logo on team email communications and the opportunity to hand out promotional materials at Packet Pick Up for Race participants. Survivor Area Sponsor $2500 Premier placement inside the survivor area with signage and product distribution opportunities, distribution of materials to all survivors at Packet Pick Up, and opportunity to volunteer in Pink Pavilion and provide promotional items to over 1,000 survivors.
