The goal is to collect 5 in a row. A row can be across, down, or diagonal. 3. When you have 5 in a row, visit the Nutrition Information Station and someone will check your answers. 4. Once you have a winning BINGO someone will collect your BINGO sheet and enter you into the drawing for a PRIZE. Nutrition tips: 1. Make half your plate fruits and veggies at each meal. 2. Try new foods each week. You never know what you might like. 3. Help with the grocery shopping and cooking at home. Your family will love the help and it s a great way to learn to cook.
